Directions:

 Step 1: Place ring guard with the smooth side of facing up on the inside of your ring. At this point each prong should be coming out on the opposite edge of the band
 Step 2: With the smooth side of the prongs facing outward use a pliers to gently wrap each prong around the band.
 Step 3: Once the prongs are tightly secured around the band, try the ring on for size. If the ring feels tight you will need to slightly bend the bar inward until you reach a suitable fit.
